Performs regularly scheduled inspections of all equipment. Executes regularly scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) of all equipment. Executes minor repairs and parts replacement as needed. Tracks Inspections, PMs, repairs, and spare parts with the site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Order spare parts as necessary. Handles inbound receiving for shipments delivered to Solutions Center. Tracks and maintains disposition of Customer Test Product received at Solutions Center. Participate in keeping the space clean, tidy, and organized. Regularly runs the system through its paces to validate system readiness.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $27-$35 per hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What you Will Do in This Role:

You will have multiple on-site responsibilities, using prescribed instructions and procedures which include, but are not limited to:

  • Preventive Maintenance of Equipment
  • Inspections
  • Logging of PMs and Inspections
  • Minor Mechanical Repairs
  • Management of Spare Parts
  • Exercising equipment on a regular basis
  • Demonstration of equipment
  • Staging and transport of test product and customer MTBH (Materials to be Handled)
  • Participating in Customer and Internal Tours
  • Receiving
  • Management and reorder of spare parts
  • Attend planning/safety meetings.
  • Report and follow up on any issues to the manager/lead.
  • Report & track safety issues during field operations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Typically, an Associate’s degree or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred. HS diploma or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of the field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the organization's business practices and issues.
  • Proficient in either Rockwell or Siemens PLCs is a plus
  • Knowledgeable on AC drives, both open & closed loop.
  • Experience in Ethernet IP network design and machine safety a plus.
