We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Partner Success Support and Enablement Lead to join our team. This role is critical in strengthening distributor satisfaction, expanding their Customer Success organization, and assisting them in growing their Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through the development and release of business tools and enablement material. As a Partner Success Support and Enablement Lead your role is to consult with our channel partners and create enablement material with the goal of growing their customer success organizations. You will report to the Partner Success Manager, Americas and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work with Partner Success Managers (PSM) and channel partners to develop tools, reports, and resources with the goal of advancing our channel partners' customer success organization.
  • Educate and enable distributor executives on customer success motions, investment requirements, and resource needs.
  • Train and enable distributor customer success resources.
  • Help distributors translate available customer data contained within Customer Success portals and platforms into meaningful insights that meet customers' business objectives.
  • Collect distributor and customer feedback on service and subscription offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to the portfolio team to ensure customer feedback is built into service offerings.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • The ability to travel 10% of the time.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • 5+ years of work experience and experience in creating reports (using tools like Excel, Power BI, ect…)
  • Experience with customers and/or partners in a commercial and/or technical capacity
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Ability to collaborate and build trust with channel partners. Have commercial acumen.
  • Comprehend the needs and requirements of customers to bring strategic value to them.
  • Promote customer and partner needs as the key driver for business goals and initiatives.
